This adorable, whirlwind is Rugby! Rugby is your typical puppy - he moves fast, plays hard and is curious. He also sleeps hard, cuddles and bonds hard to his human. He is about 4-6 months old and weighs just a smidge over 10 pounds. He will get bigger and we aren't sure how much since we aren't sure what mommy and daddy were. Our best guess is he is a dachshund/terrier mix. Rugby is a good natured little guy who loves to play, play, play. Then he will crash for a nap and a cuddle. And then repeat! He would do well in a home with another pup and a secure yard. So Cal adoptions only.
