Scooby Doo, where are you?!?! Doesn't Red look like Scooby? Funny enough, he acts a bit like him, too. Red may be a combination of larger, tougher breeds but nobody told him. This almost 2 year old, 95 pound pup is a bit of a scaredy cat...oh wait, no kitties for him. He is a little too stimulated by them! I digress! Red is the sweetest baby in a huge puppy body. And this body of his has served him well...he developed Parvo when he was less than two months old and he was one of the pups who kicked its butt!

Red needs someone who will spend time with him, teaching him manners that are so important for dogs of his size. He suffers from separation anxiety so structure and that other confident pup will help him understand that his family is coming back! He needs a yard to get lots of exercise. He needs another dog of similar size and energy to show him how to be confident. Red doesn't do well with small dogs because he doesn't know his own strength and even with bigger dogs, his puppy ways sometimes get annoying. Red has grown up around a toddler and has done well.  Red's only downfall is that he is a huge puppy...well, we wouldn't call it a downfall. It's just a fact. With an owner who has the time to help him be all that he can be, Red is going to flourish. He will go from being dang adorable to even more adorable and a darn good boy, too.
