Bowie is a shy guy but really wants to believe people are good. He will look at you and give you a little tail wag but is ok with doing that from a distance if he can get away with it. If you walk over and pick him up, he will melt into your arm but isn't quite ready to make eye contact. It's ok, little guy. Someone out there is going to love you just as you are and be patient enough to earn your trust.

This sweet pup was found as a stray and had a few friends out on the streets with him. He warmed up to one of the residents and she was able to pick him up and take him off the streets and into rescue.
