What do you think of my wild hairdo? Being fashionable is tough these days but I think I captured the windblown, careless teenager look pretty well. By the way, I’m Dusty. I was running around this apartment complex for quite a while. Many people tried to catch me but I was too quick and smart for them! Then on a rainy day this new lady (my rescuer) shows up and dang, she didn’t give up. I gave her a good run for her money but in the end, I was hungry and dang that chicken inside that contraption looked good. She had just walked away after setting it and boom! I was caught.

I like to fence fight with the other doggies in the rescue but I’m actually just fine without a barrier between me and other dogs. Go figure. I also will act a bit like I don’t want you to hold me but that also is just for show. It’s a tough job keeping up this illusion but somebody’s got to do it. Once I meet my family, I’ll gladly give it all up just to be loved.
